Rebecca Danelski LCSW behaved with complete disregard for her social workers Standard of Care Guidelines. She engaged in extremely unethical behavior by participating in impropriety that would COVER UP her unscrupulous actions. She also engaged her associates participation. By allowing this to continue without informing future consumers it allows these women to continue to disregard ethics because they know how to abuse the law for their own protection.
Rebecca altered her client's file, crossed boundaries, breached confidentiality, harrassed and ultimately retaliated against the client for a complaint filed to the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
She took her client to court to blame her for her own malpractice. Sad but true. 1277f26

I uttered the same words as you once upon a time. I was naive. Rebecca lied to a Judge...that is called perjury. This is actually a therapist problem because she is the "professional" and should have handled it as such.If you believe unethical behavior is okay then you are with the perfect person. And you both are equally screwed up. Congrats! |

3. Written by Kt on July 20, 2010 from san gabriel, california, US This just blows my mind, whoever is complaining obviously has serious issues. I see rebecca and she's the most caring, and amazing therapist I've ever had- this is a consumer problem, not hers. Get a life! and get some help! |
